The Company started the dredging works from March 2023 in Chattogram for earth filling from Karnaphuly River. The Company has been founded by Capt. S M Sazzedeen as Managing Director and CEO who served 15 years holding different Rank in Foreign Merchant Vessels with Commander Abul Hossain (Rtd, BN) as Chairman, S M Saleh Uddin ex Banker as Vice Chairman, Vice Admiral Zahir Uddin Ahmed (Ex - Chief of Naval Staff) as Business Consultant, Engr. Md. Saidur Rahman, Ex Managing Director, Chittagong Dry Dock Ltd associate with this Company as Executive Director (Technical) and Ahsanul Alam as Director, Marketing of the Company.
